So the price was cheap. I read bad reviews of the place. But choose to try it out. Room was clean. It was small. But that's what you get when you go cheap. Great for the price.

We did not stay at this facility. The room had a bad odor, bedspreads had holes in them, pillow cases had stains. Very disappointed in Booking listing this facility. Had to pay for one night stay anyway and still had to seek another establishment to pay more money for our stay.

Great location with easy access to Madisonville, Telico Plains and Sweet Water. We stay there whenever we visit family in the area. No breakfast, but next door to a Hardee's.
